About The Position

Ditch Witch West, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking Field Technician/Mechanics to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Field Technician / Mechanic, you will work on heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations to ensure that their equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime. Every day, picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment
• At least one year of field work experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision
• Excellent communication, customer relations and teamwork skills
• Driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must provide own tools
