This individual can be looking to start their career or have previous experience as a technician. Requirements
- At least one (1) year of mechanical experience required (diesel preferred)
- Basic understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics
- Ability to use diagnostic software and service manuals, or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in a shop environment

- CDL preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on diesel trucks and related equipment
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and component replacements
- Complete engine, transmission, and drivetrain work based on experience level
- Utilize OEM diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Communicate job status and repair updates with service leadership
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with parts and service teams to complete repairs efficiently
