About The Position

At Excellence Peterbilt, we are building a strong, skilled team that takes pride in its work. We are looking for a Heavy-duty truck mechanic for our Joliette Branch. This is a permanent position with an evening shift, Monday to Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight. As part of an experienced and collaborative team, you will play an active role in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty trucks in a structured work environment where safety, quality workmanship, and respect for people are top priorities. If you are known for your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to doing things right, you will find a workplace where your expertise is truly valued.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck or heavy equipment mechanics
• Ability to understand English for reading technical materials and watching training videos
• Curiosity, independence, and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Cummins or PACCAR engines
• Experience with electrical diagnostics
