About The Position

Join our team as a Heavy-Duty Tow Operator in the stunning mountain town of Frisco, CO! We're looking for a skilled, safety-focused professional to handle towing and recovery operations with precision and care. This is a full-time position with day, night, and on-call shifts available.

Requirements

• Prior experience in towing and driving preferred.
• Valid CDL (Class A/B) with a clean driving record.
• Pass random drug screening.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and customer service.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Flexibility for on-call and emergency responses.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty tow trucks for breakdowns, accidents, and recovery scenarios.
• Handle extreme mountain conditions, including snow, ice, and steep terrain.
• Collaborate with customers, law enforcement, and roadside assistance providers.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Ensure accurate completion of service documentation.
