About The Position

FieldBridge is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Heavy Duty Forklift Operator in Navasota, Texas, to support production and logistics operations. The role involves moving heavy drill pipe and other materials throughout the facility, supplying production lines, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The position offers $18–$20 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay every Friday. Shifts are 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and may vary based on workload. Overtime is available. An example provided is gross weekly pay of $1,100 at $20 per hour for a 50-hour week. The first-round interview is in person, and hiring is immediate.

Requirements

Experience operating large forklifts or heavy equipment.
A valid driver’s license.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Stable work history with a strong attendance and punctuality record.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Tubular or drill pipe handling experience, especially using enclosed-cab, 35,000-pound-capacity heavy-duty forklifts.
Small forklift experience and strong mechanical aptitude.
Background in material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
ERP or inventory system experience.
High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate large forklifts to transport heavy drill pipe and related materials across the facility.
Load and unload trucks safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Stage and deliver materials to production lines to maintain steady workflow.
Complete accurate inventory and material movement transactions in internal systems.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
