Under general supervision, provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and equipment, in observance of all Health Department regulations as well as Company standards and procedures. This role involves delivering excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, and assisting kitchen staff as needed. The Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible for understanding and adhering to all health and safety regulations, including proper chemical handling and food safety standards.
