About The Position
Global Contracting Group is a large-scale earth moving company. We are working for EP Engineered Clays in Aberdeen Mississippi. We are seeking a Full-Time diesel mechanic and truck mechanic with a long-term career opportunity in mind. This role involves the maintenance, upkeep, and repairs of large equipment, both in the shop and in the field. The work is performed under MSHA regulations, making safe work practices a must.
Requirements
- Must have experience working on large haul equipment and/or on the road trucks.
- Mechanical skills and knowledge.
- Dependability.
- Good Communication
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot.
- Basic Computer skills
- Time Management
- Welding and ability to adhere to Safety Standards
- Ability to Work Alone or with others
Nice To Haves
- A CDL license is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, up keep and repairs of large equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
