DOTI’s Project Delivery Administration – Environmental (Wastewater) Division oversees an annual capital improvement program across storm, sanitary, and green infrastructure programs and projects. Our team’s core mission is to BUILD PROJECTS that increases safety, sustainability, and health to the people of Denver and the environment. We accomplish this through the planning, design, and construction management of major capital improvements citywide. We work as a team, value trust, equity, innovation, and recognition. The Construction Team within the Project Delivery Environmental team (Wastewater) is comprised of 15 highly specialized staff members with the responsibility of construction management, and inspection of $120M in active complex Heavy Civil Projects for the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure on an annual basis.
