About The Position

Clark is a top Design Build Construction Company and is looking for a Civil Construction Estimator in McLean VA on-site. This role involves estimating for projects such as rail stations, rail and bus maintenance facilities, intermodal centers, air transportation centers, tunnels, and water and wastewater treatment plants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of heavy civil estimating and cost control related experience
• Concrete and Sitework estimating experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree
• Knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Detail oriented, technically sound and have good communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Field experience is desirable
• Estimating experience on public works projects in the Mid-Atlantic and California is desirable
