Role Responsibilities: Interpret assembly drawings and simple electrical schematics to build powered and non‑powered filtration systems. Perform functional testing of powered filtration systems per customer specifications. Form and bend metal tubing and verify dimensions using measurement tools. Use basic hand tools, plumbing skills, and thread identification techniques during assembly. Operate PC, crane, forklift, and other powered industrial equipment. Inspect work for conformance, complete Shop Tags, and meet quality expectations. Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming material in real time. Follow standard work practices and SOPs to ensure safe and efficient operations. Pack completed systems for shipment and maintain a clean, organized work area. Comply with all EHS and PPE requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of assembly experience.
  • Flexibility and agility in a fast‑paced, changing work environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, work around loud machinery, and perform repetitive motion.

Nice To Haves

  • Machining skills (lathe or mill) a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow complex drawings and work instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
