About The Position

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a driven and outgoing individual for a full-time position to assist in the growth of a department focused on the sale and application of heating products. This role offers a challenging opportunity to learn quickly about product applications, pricing, and quotations under the guidance of an experienced sales team. The position involves estimating, product support, site visits, and more, with a strong emphasis on HTS's mentorship approach to learning and valuable hands-on experience. Industry experience is not a requirement, and applicants willing to take on a new challenge are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Engineering experience or education, ideally with a Mechanical focus.
Entrepreneurial drive and desire to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Enjoy talking to others, building new relationships, and interacting with suppliers, customers, and coworkers.
Proficient with all basic MS software.
Ability to learn new desktop and web-based software quickly.
