Utah Community Action is looking for a HEAT Program Coordinator to help lead their utility assistance programs and ensure individuals and families have access to critical resources. This role involves partnering with the HEAT Manager to execute and implement HEAT, Crisis, HELP, and other utility-focused programs, ensuring compliance with various requirements. The coordinator will monitor program reports, support program management, and drive successful grant outcomes. As a people leader, this role includes hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, supervising, and developing staff, potentially overseeing up to 20 direct reports. The position champions accountability, continuous learning, professionalism, and teamwork. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with community partners, planning and leading outreach events, delivering trainings, providing client-centered service, advocating for clients, and offering direct client services when needed, all while using sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
