About The Position

Legends Global Merchandise (LGM) is seeking a Heat Press Operator/Production Associate for Collegiate Jersey Customization at The Ohio State University. This role involves setting up, operating, and producing customized collegiate jerseys using a heat press. The company is a joint venture between Legends and ASM Global, aiming to redefine excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events through a data-driven, customer-centric approach. LGM is recognized as a leader in retail and merchandising, providing customized, omnichannel shopping experiences for fans.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year heat press operating experience preferred
Must be able to read and interpret work orders.
Must be familiar with all the machines required to perform the tasks stated above.
Must be able to perform basic set-ups on heat press and be proficient using tools that are used in them.
Must be willing to accept & receive regular supervision & assistance with regard to machine set-up.
Must be able to communicate in person to provide information.
Lock-out / Tag-Out
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Regularly required to stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
Handling and Moving Objects — Using hands and arms in handling

Responsibilities

Obtain work order & design from teams
Layout design as instructed by work order
Prioritize work orders and sales orders
Manage blank inventory including supplies and component pieces
Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Check for rejected prints
