About The Position
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join their specialized Heart Failure team within the Heart and Vascular Institute. This is an outpatient position with no call responsibilities, focusing on a high-volume practice that sees patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid conditions. Requirements
- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
- A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
- Experienced cardiology CRNP
Responsibilities
- See patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid conditions in a high-volume outpatient practice.
