About The Position

This position requires computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, excellent communication skills, and exemplary interpersonal skills. The role involves the ability to use basic office equipment and provide general administrative support. Additionally, knowledge in the care of psychiatric rehab patients is necessary. Preferred knowledge includes CSBs, court hearings and processes, and electronic health records. Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures, recovery principles, and trauma-informed care is also important. The ability to act as essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations is required.

Requirements

• Previous clerical experience in mental health setting
• Experience in the care of psychiatric rehab patients
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Products
