Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or similar field
5+ years financial analysis, practice management or related experience

Responsibilities

Manage the new program contract process from financial analysis to execution.
Initial review of contracts for renewal needs and directs to the AVP for escalations, refers negotiations/terminations to the Division Manager or processes contracts with no issues.
Responsible for Financial oversight of the Divisions, including financial forecasts and monthly high-level reporting for VP/AVP/Clinical review.
Creates and monitors action plans for underperforming locations and ensures compliance and completion of approved plan.
Reviews and monitors monthly expenses to ensure adherence to budget, informs Division Managers of any deviations.
Assists with budget process by providing feedback and validations.
Participate in monthly meetings with Finance, Subsidy, Legal, People Operations, and Business Development.
Participate in Quarterly National Site Supervisor and biannual HS Town Hall meetings, and HS Leadership meetings.
Collaborate with the Marketing team for media responses and oversee the maintenance and updates of the Division HS SharePoint Page
