About The Position

Join AudioNova as a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist in Edmonds, WA. We are seeking passionate hearing care professionals who hold a Hearing Aid Dispensing License in Washington State. Ideally, candidates will have a Doctorate in Audiology or be a 3rd or 4th year Audiology Extern. This role involves performing patient hearing tests, recommending treatment and product options, discussing pricing and the value of hearing healthcare, conducting community outreach, teaching patients to use new technology, and performing hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings. We offer a sign-on bonus and a competitive salary with a sales incentive plan.

Requirements

Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Washington.
Ideally, a Doctorate in Audiology, or a 3rd or 4th year Audiology Extern.

Responsibilities

Perform patient hearing test assessments; analyze results and recommend varied treatment and product options
Address patient’s questions and concerns regarding benefits of Hearing Aid use
Discuss pricing of hearing instruments, presenting the value of hearing health care, your services, and the long-term effects of hearing aid use
Community outreach efforts to generate new patient referrals
Teach patients how to best utilize the new technology to meet their hearing goals
Hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings.
Perform needed adjustments to fitted products; comply with all procedural company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and overcome patient concerns/objections.
