About The Position

You do not need experience in the hearing industry. We provide paid training and sponsor the licensing required to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist. In this role, you will help patients reconnect with their families, conversations, and everyday life through better hearing. Last year alone, our team helped nearly 5,000 people improve their hearing and quality of life. Our goal is to help 15,000 people in our communities, and we are expanding our team to make that happen. You will receive training, mentorship, and licensing support to help you succeed. Responsibilities

  • Meet with patients and discuss their hearing concerns
  • Conduct hearing screenings and consultations
  • Recommend hearing solutions based on patient needs
  • Fit and adjust hearing instruments
  • Provide follow-up care and build long-term relationships with patients
  • Participate in community outreach events
