The Hearing Coordinator will provide support to the foreclosure, litigation, and mediation departments by scheduling hearings and mediations in a timely and effective manner. This role involves maintaining accurate records of hearing dates, times, and attorney coverage within the firm's system, and communicating with judicial assistants, opposing counsel, defense counsel, and pro se defendants to coordinate these events. The Hearing Coordinator will also liaise with caseload attorneys, paralegals, and local counsel, providing assistance as needed. A basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail.
