WHAT YOU WILL DO: The individual in this position serves as a key point of communication between the Contributions and Recovery division, partner agencies, and the public, requiring the ability to explain things like legal requirements and procedural steps in accessible, plain language to diverse audiences. They will be responsible for reviewing and processing incoming contested case files for the Contributions and Recovery division, ensuring that case files are complete, accurately prepared, and contain documentation to the specific issues, and are properly recorded in the computerized case management system. Additionally, the individual in this position will provide overall monitoring and technical guidance which requires a high level of program and computer-related technical knowledge. Requirements

  • Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
  • An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
