About The Position

At Injoy Hearing, we're redefining how hearing care is delivered. Through our fully telehealth model, we professionally fit premium, prescriptive hearing correction for customers from the comfort of their homes — making hearing healthcare more accessible, effective, and fun. As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide prospective customers through their journey to better hearing.

Requirements

Met or exceeded targets in a consultative or solution-based sales role.
Quick to pick up new tools, platforms, and product knowledge.
Listens first and speaks to what the customer actually needs.
Self-motivated, coachable.
Genuinely likes working alongside a team to create a seamless customer experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience selling and fitting prescription hearing aids is preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective customers generated by our marketing campaigns — no cold calling, ever.
Understand each customer's hearing challenges and goals.
Guide customers through their technology options.
Clearly communicate what makes Injoy Hearing different.
Prepare customers for professional fitting and care by our clinical team.
Support current customers who need help connecting with our clinical team.
Partner closely with operations and clinical care to keep every handoff smooth.
Track interactions and outcomes in our CRM.
