About The Position
Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team. This role involves administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, providing professional recommendations for hearing instruments and accessories, and educating patients on hearing healthcare. The Hearing Care Professional is responsible for delivering the Belcare promise, a nationwide network of care, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Beltone is committed to helping individuals improve their lives through better hearing.
Requirements
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Wisconsin OR AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Wisconsin
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Value integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and our staff.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure a successful patient journey.
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare.
- Engage in community involvement.
