The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) works closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service. By partnering with the Hearing Care Professionals onsite, the HCC provides support to referring physicians and patients. The HCC will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and details, and assist with support needs within the clinic. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is also necessary. Previous customer service experience is required, and experience in a healthcare environment or with hearing aids is preferred.
