About The Position

This practice has a history dating back to the 1970s and serves the York, Shrewsbury, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania communities. The role involves working collaboratively with the practice owner, audiologists, and front-office staff, providing technical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, have an interest in healthcare, and want to be part of a supportive team. The position is based primarily in York, PA, with travel to Shrewsbury and Gettysburg offices as needed.

Requirements

Full-time position

Responsibilities

Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance checks on hearing aids
Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders
Help prepare and maintain patient charts, clinical notes, and medical records
Prepare clinical materials and supplies, including earmolds
Support providers with day-to-day clinical needs
Greet patients warmly and help ensure a positive experience at every visit
Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused approach in a family-oriented practice environment
