About The Position
We are seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist who is ready to join an organization that combines passion and performance to shape a better world. In this role, you will manage the customer journey by administering comprehensive hearing evaluations and providing personalized consultations. Reporting to the Senior Area Manager, you will lead sales of hearing aids and accessories while educating the community on the importance of hearing health.
Requirements
- A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Master’s degree in Audiology.
- Registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems.
- Students and recent graduates completing licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and educate customers on the effects of hearing loss.
- Offer personalized consultations and guide customers through device fittings and demonstrations.
- Provide quality after-care services and maintain accurate customer records in compliance with healthcare data privacy.
- Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to individual and office revenue goals.
- Partner with the Client Care Coordinator to ensure seamless store operations and effective schedule management.
- Promote hearing health awareness through community outreach events and partnership engagement.
- Drive local engagement by supporting marketing initiatives and managing special events.
