About The Position

AllCare.ai is an AI-powered healthcare delivery platform that acts as the "easy button" for Assisted Living operators. We combine advanced artificial intelligence with compassionate onsite care to solve the logistical chaos of senior living. Instead of operators struggling to coordinate appointments and transport, our technology and field teams bring the entire clinic directly to the resident's doorstep. We don’t just coordinate care — we deliver care. The company is in a phase of exponential expansion driven by urgent market demand, doubling its resident base every 3 months. This role is for individuals early in their career who want to build a future in sales by engaging directly with customers in the field. The role requires high energy, coachability, and a willingness to work hard to grow quickly. Previous senior living or healthcare experience is not required. The go-to-market team member will spend the majority of their time in the field engaging Assisted Living operators across their assigned territory. The focus is on energy, work ethic, coachability, and long-term potential.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–2+ years of professional experience.
  • High-energy.
  • Highly coachable.
  • Willing to put in the work to grow quickly.
  • Comfortable with rejection, feedback, and learning quickly.
  • Disciplined and motivated by results.
  • Urgency, stamina, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting senior living operators face-to-face and showing them how AllCare’s AI-driven model solves real operational challenges.
  • Building and managing your own pipeline with clear activity expectations and measurable goals.
  • Spending the majority of your time in the field, not behind a screen, actively selling.
  • Learning through structured training, coaching, ride-alongs, and in-field shadowing with sales, operations, and clinical teams.
  • Developing relationships, learning your market, and becoming a credible operator in your territory.
