About The Position

Gila Health Resources is seeking PRN Healthcare Techs for our Urgent Care department. The position will work directly with incoming patients to gather information for demographics, insurance, and medical history/symptoms, and collect co-payments. This position will take vitals and perform tests such as ECG. Additionally, they will stock, clean, and prepare exams/patient rooms. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and patient skills, and have the ability to work as a reliable member of a high-performing healthcare team, follow detailed protocols, meet deadlines, and be punctual. Must be able to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patients. PRN employees are called whenever there is a need for staff coverage. PRNs have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts based on their needs.
