Supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. Takes vital signs, height, and weight measurements. Maintains patient rooms, observes and reports changes in patient conditions, and orients patients/families to the unit. Assists with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records. Manages stock supply items and performs duties within the scope of a Nurse Aide I. Performs technical tasks such as administering 12-Lead ECG tests and routine venipuncture after appropriate training.
