As a Senior Associate, on our Epic EHR team, you will work with a team of technical and project management consultant to support integrated initiatives that optimize Epic systems, driving sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that address complex digital challenges. Your role will be pivotal in aligning Epic capabilities, enhancing interoperability, streamlining workflows, and improving patient outcomes. Requirements

  • Active Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inpatient certification with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions
  • 3+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions
  • Experience participating in system build, testing, and implementation cycles
  • Project management experience with Epic implementations
  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
  • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
  • PharmD or equivalent clinical pharmacy background
  • Additional Epic certifications such as: ASAP, Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Inpatient
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
  • Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
