About The Position

Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) seeks a consultative, relationship-driven talent acquisition professional to serve as its next Talent Advisor. This role represents an opportunity to move beyond transactional recruiting and serve as a trusted workforce advisor to leaders across the organization, helping ensure Presbyterian attracts and retains exceptional clinical talent in an increasingly competitive healthcare labor market. The Talent Advisor will partner closely with nursing, clinical, and operational leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies that support workforce stability, organizational growth, and exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will leverage labor market intelligence, sourcing expertise, candidate assessment capabilities, and relationship management skills to identify and secure top clinical talent while delivering a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health or related field required or 6 years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills.
  • Required computer proficiency skills in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, success profiles, team dynamics, and organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on labor market conditions, talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and recruitment strategy.
  • Consult with leaders on candidate evaluation, behavioral interviewing, succession planning, and workforce trends.
  • Partner with operational and clinical leaders to create proactive recruitment strategies that support workforce stability and growth.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clinical positions.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer development, and onboarding activities.
  • Assess candidates for technical qualifications, cultural alignment, and long-term success potential.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among candidates, hiring leaders, HR partners, and compensation stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and employment regulations.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive clinical talent.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-priority clinical roles.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive research to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage networking, employee referrals, social recruiting, and sourcing technologies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Provide hiring leaders with market intelligence regarding recruitment trends and talent availability.
  • Deliver a high-touch, candidate-centric recruitment experience.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and healthcare professionals.
  • Support workforce marketing and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Presbyterian's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment performance metrics including time-to-fill, candidate quality, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives through talent market analysis and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all recruiting activities.
