About The Position

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Healthcare Security Supervisor to serve as an integral part of the security and care delivery team for a leading healthcare provider in Sacramento. BCI is a minority-owned, global service provider overseeing various services including security. Within our healthcare security division, we help healthcare organizations achieve superior programs and results. This role involves supervising shifts, acting as a relief to the Security Account Manager, and conducting roving patrol and incident response supervision in complex facilities. COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment, with accommodations considered for medical and religious reasons. Employees will need to follow safety protocols as communicated by the work location.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
• Have the legal right to work in the United States
• Possess a valid government-issued driver’s license
• Active state-issued guard card
• Valid California Guard Card

Nice To Haves

• 4 to 10 years healthcare security or other relevant experience
• Combination of relevant law enforcement or military experience
• 2 to 4 years direct supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts
• Act as a relief to the Security Account Manager during off-hours or for limited absences
• Conduct roving patrol and incident response supervision in complex facilities
