About The Position
Securitas Security is seeking customer service-driven individuals for full-time security positions in Milwaukee, WI. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer/technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior healthcare security background preferred.
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Conduct access control at security entrances/exits.
- Patrol client premises, both inside and outside, in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written reports.
- Collaborate within a team environment to achieve daily site/organizational goals.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.
