About The Position

ROE Dental Laboratory has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental laboratory services since the 1920s, partnering with healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Northwest Ohio market, covering the Cleveland to Toledo territory. This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and managing a territory with long-term growth potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Medical, healthcare, or service-based sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Manage a sales territory through a combination of new business development and existing account management
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations with prospective and existing clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, concerns, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and account support
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy development
  • Represent ROE at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales reporting
  • Consistently work toward exceeding territory growth and revenue goals
  • Assist in onboarding new accounts to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
