About The Position
Medical Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Sales Recruiter to build relationships with healthcare professionals across the country and guide clinicians through career opportunities. The role involves developing and managing a candidate pipeline, partnering with internal teams, and staying connected with clinicians throughout their careers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Recruiters are supported through the Recruiter Academy, hands-on coaching, ongoing development, and mentorship. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission; the posted pay range reflects base salary only.
