As a Healthcare Business Banking Sales Manager, you'll lead and support a team dedicated to serving healthcare clients with annual revenues ranging from $2.5 million to $50 million. This role combines leadership, business development, and industry expertise to support healthcare organizations across a broad spectrum of care delivery models, including physician groups, specialty practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), outpatient providers, and ambulatory surgery centers. You'll guide a high-performing sales team, cultivate influential healthcare networks, and partner across the bank to deliver solutions that help clients achieve their financial and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 10 or more years of business banking or relevant experience.
  • Typically five or more years of management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers and partner with healthcare leadership to support sales execution across assigned healthcare segments and markets.
  • Drive growth and market share across the healthcare continuum, from practice finance and smaller healthcare businesses through larger, more complex multi-location and lower middle market organizations with annual revenues between $2.5 million and $50 million.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies focused on acquiring new healthcare clients and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with healthcare-focused centers of influence, including healthcare attorneys, CPAs, consultants, practice advisors, industry associations, and community leaders.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, deepen client relationships, and deliver a consistent client experience.
  • Collaborate across U.S. Bank to bring the full breadth of banking solutions to healthcare clients, including lending, treasury management, payment solutions, and other strategic services.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and healthcare industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Support sound risk management practices and ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and client-focused execution.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts that support sustained profitability and long-term market growth.
