About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Sales Executive / Business Development Associate with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales. This role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and onsite client visits. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in healthcare sales and business development. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in both phone and in-person interactions
  • Willingness to travel within Florida for client meetings
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, staffing firms, or healthcare IT clients is a plus
  • Based in Florida or willing to relocate to Tampa
  • Comfortable with onsite client visits and meetings
  • Energetic, professional, and goal-oriented
