The Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Analyst is a hands-on compliance professional responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and operationalizing healthcare, senior living, and long term care regulations via creation of policies and procedures for use across multi-state senior living communities. This role combines regulatory research expertise with policy governance, auditing, and implementation oversight in partnership with healthcare and operations leaders to ensure enterprise-wide compliance with federal and state healthcare, compliance and HIPAA laws. The analyst supports the HIPAA and Corporate Compliance Programs and serves as a resource to department leadership, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of ethical and regulatory conduct.
