The Healthcare Recruiter will manage their own portfolio of position openings for which they source, interview, assess and hire talent in support of business needs. This role engages in activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions and future pipeline development, consistently exceeding KPI metrics and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The recruiter will proactively source talent through key VITAS programs, platforms, and tools, ensuring established recruitment processes, policies, and procedures are followed efficiently and effectively. They will identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness that improve outcomes, sharing solutions and ideas with leaders. Participation in regularly scheduled meetings with hiring teams to provide updates, insight, and develop targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies is expected, along with generating and sharing reports to monitor progress. Adherence to standardized procedures for all VITAS Recruitment is required to drive focus and improve efficiencies. Attendance at meetings, training activities, courses, and all other work-related activities is required, along with performing any other job-related duties assigned.
