About The Position

At CareATC, we are dedicated to revolutionizing employer-sponsored healthcare by providing exceptional, patient-centered solutions. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building the teams that support our health centers nationwide. This fully remote position requires you to live within the U.S. and offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus commissions. You will partner with operational and clinical leaders, manage the full recruitment cycle, and contribute to the growth of high-performing teams. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sourcing, relationship-building, and solving hiring challenges while making a significant impact in healthcare.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical staffing, or high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Experience recruiting Medical Assistants, nursing, allied health, clinic operations, or other healthcare support positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates.
  • Experience utilizing Workday Recruiting or a comparable enterprise applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage recruiting processes effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating successfully with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and clinic operations positions across multiple states.
  • Recruit for Medical Assistants, Clinical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, clinic leadership, X-Ray Technologists, Phlebotomists, and other healthcare support roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage active and passive candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and pre-employment activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain recruiting activity and candidate data within Workday Recruiting and other recruiting platforms.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation, and hiring challenges.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition projects.
