Requirements

• Three to five (3 - 5) years of healthcare and/or Life Sciences recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously with urgency and efficiency.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with HR regarding documentation and additional paperwork related to onboarding requirements
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude, with a high level of integrity and ethics and a strong emphasis on collaboration with the team.
• Passion for identifying the best candidate for a role, keeping both technical qualifications and organizational fit in mind, and dedication to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Use creativity and resourcefulness to search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Review resumes and applications then conduct screenings to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the role to qualify candidates that meet client specifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, provide interview prep and debriefs with candidates, and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles while maintaining strong relationships along the way to ensure we have a robust pipeline of future talent to draw from.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.
