About The Position

Our progressive Architecture Team seeks a talented Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects in the Austin, TX region. This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region. Strong client-facing experience along with strong technical skills is critical for the success of role. Healthcare Project Managers have a passion for designing Healthcare environments, finding the Mission for each client. Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 4 years of experience in Healthcare design
  • Bachelor's or Master�s degree in Architecture from an accredited program/school
  • Registered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred. Candidates with related or similar professional experience will be considered.
  • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule and resource planning.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
  • Must be quality minded and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities with intentional schedules.
  • Experience and proficiency with Healthcare projects and licensing requirements required.

Nice To Haves

  • Education/ Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
  • Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
  • Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
  • Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
  • Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
