About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Healthcare Payer Project Portfolio Manager to join the team. The Resource and Portfolio Manager will be within the healthcare payer domain knowledge and have proven expertise in the development, planning and delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling organizational resource and project portfolio management maturity through the implementation and championing of capacity planning and project portfolio management (PPM) tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare payer, PBM, risk operations, claims processing, premium billing, member enrollment, and provider network management.
  • 5+ years of resource management experience
  • Experience with PPM tools, dashboard development and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

  • Experience rolling out enterprise resource management including skill mapping, allocation and capacity planning and tracking.
  • Ensures optimal resource utilization, identifies gaps and works with cross functional business and IT management on resource plans balancing team needs and project priorities to align resource allocation with business goals.
  • Experience with workforce and resource management tools required.
  • Champion project portfolio management tools and process.
  • Develop and deliver performance dashboards to track project and strategic initiative milestones and overall portfolio progress.
  • Support the development, execution and tracking of strategic initiatives across the organization through functional area roadmap development including products and services.
  • With leadership, define priorities across strategic initiatives as ideas are refined and scope is understood with consideration for enterprise projects planned and in flight.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience analyzing allocation and capacity data.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
