About The Position

We are hiring Healthcare Patient Coordinators to support U.S.-based medical clinics. This is a stable, long-term role working directly with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clinic operations.

Requirements

  • English B2+ (required)
  • Comfortable working onsite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office
  • Strong customer service experience (training provided)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or front-desk role (clinic, hospital, or medical office)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication skills with experience handling patient calls
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks (appointments, insurance verification, follow-ups)
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient calls for appointment scheduling and support
