Assumes responsibility for translating interrelated strategic initiatives into large, complex operational plans and programs for execution. In collaboration with executive team and leaders. This role plans, resources, implements, controls, and evaluates projects that supports the health system's strategic plan. Communicates regularly and often works one-on-one with senior leadership on a wide variety of topics and/or projects. Strategic thinking, flexibility, innovation, and creativity are critical to the role. Provides technical and organizational leadership in specific area(s) of specialization.
