About The Position

The Healthcare Operations Coordinator supports the organization’s strategic plan initiatives in overseeing assigned projects, providing leadership to completion, and maintaining sustainability. This role works cross-functionally with clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership to streamline workflows and manage projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
