Clinic Coordinators are our healthcare receptionists that are stellar at customer service and teamwork. They are deeply committed to supporting our patients, each other, and the team. They build and maintain the reputation of Origin by: Supporting patient questions, requests, and general communication via phone and email Completing daily and weekly administrative tasks Welcoming, checking-in, checking-out and scheduling patients for follow-up visits Taking payments and insurance information Scheduling patients (via phone, waitlist, in collaboration with our patient services team) Collaborating with other departments and teams at Origin via slack and email Other tasks as assigned
