The Healthcare Market Development Leader (MDL) will be responsible for business development within untapped market opportunities that are not currently in our sales team’s scope and must be comfortable working in varying levels of ambiguity and shifting priorities. The MDL will work collaboratively with market team members and cross-functional partners to gain access to and influence executive-level decision makers within the healthcare market. The MDL is also responsible for establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to local advocacy groups, employer groups, HCPs, and other critical influencers within the market to educate and advocate for solutions and protocols to support key commercial opportunities. This is a field-based position supporting the St. Louis territory and surrounding markets including Tulsa, Springfield, and Indianapolis.
