About The Position

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Healthcare & Life Sciences Experts with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, presentation reconstruction, data visualisation, visual storytelling, content editing, and healthcare communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project. Selected professionals will reconstruct and enhance executive-level healthcare and life sciences presentations while preserving factual accuracy, technical terminology, regulatory context, and critical domain-specific caveats. No prior experience in AI is required.

Requirements

3+ years of direct experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, healthcare consulting, or a related field
Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
Proven experience creating or enhancing executive-level or client-facing presentations
Strong slide-reconstruction, presentation-design, and data-visualisation skills
Experience with visual storytelling, content editing, and message hierarchy
Strong written communication, critical-thinking, and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and factual accuracy
Ability to explain evidence-supported titles, exhibit choices, and design decisions clearly
Understanding of regulatory, safety, clinical, or market-access contexts
Ability to preserve technical terminology, definitions, assumptions, and caveats during editing

Nice To Haves

Experience with healthcare or life sciences data presentations is highly valuable
Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

Reconstruct healthcare and life sciences slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint
Accurately reproduce text, charts, layouts, exhibits, and supporting visual elements
Maintain professional formatting, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency
Preserve relevant terminology, definitions, assumptions, and contextual details
Ensure reconstructed slides remain faithful to the original source material
Apply domain expertise to assess technical and business content for clarity and accuracy
Preserve healthcare and life sciences terminology, definitions, and important caveats
Edit content for precision, consistency, and alignment with professional standards
Identify issues that could affect interpretation, factual integrity, or stakeholder decision-making
Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and overall presentation quality
Strengthen data visualisation and visual storytelling for senior or client-facing audiences
Apply evidence-supported titling and effective message hierarchy
Refine layouts, exhibits, typography, and information structure where appropriate
Ensure design improvements support rather than distort the underlying scientific or business message
Evaluate which presentation elements should be improved, retained, or refined
Produce detailed written logs explaining significant modifications
Document intentional decisions to preserve strong original content or design choices
Explain content hierarchy, title selection, exhibit choices, and editorial decisions clearly
Apply critical judgement when assessing alternative presentation approaches
Review completed slides for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality
Apply strong attention to detail across scientific, regulatory, business, and visual content
Complete individual slide assignments within approximately 1–2 hours
Participate in flexible, project-based sprint cycles as required
Contribute healthcare, life sciences, and presentation expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows
