Under general supervision, the Server-Lead will oversee the day-to-day work of the servers in the Health Center including distributing and balancing the workload among team members in accordance with established workflow, assuring timely accomplishment of the assigned workload, and assuring that each team member has enough work to keep busy. The role involves training newly hired servers, overseeing host/hostess, bussers, and food runners, and maintaining front of house and kitchen sanitation requirements. The Lead Server will also wait on residents, taking orders, serving food, beverages, and desserts, and handling guest complaints professionally.
