About The Position

Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking a Corporate Healthcare Learning and Development (L&D) Trainer to design and deliver training programs that improve employee performance, ensure compliance with medical regulations such as HIPAA and OSHA, and improve patient care. The trainer will assess skill gaps, onboard new hires, and educate clinical and non-clinical staff through methods including virtual and instructor-led training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Education, or a related field.
• Knowledge of urgent care workflows, patient safety standards, and evidence-based medicine.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, facilitation, and virtual training tools.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for coaching and training diverse staff.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, specializing in clinical training roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding and orientation training for new employees, covering organizational culture and job duties.
• Train staff on healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols.
• Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and develop training initiatives.
• Design learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
